Goodwood Festival of Speed 2016

Several Members took part in the Festival of Speed at Goodwood over the weekend.  Many were marshalling the rally stage and had to put up with some rather changable weather and lots of mud underfoot!!  Russ Mason was in attendance in his Escort this year, after being a marshal for the last couple, where he was taking passenger rides on the rally stage for The Richard Burns Foundation.  Also present was President Russell Brookes and here are a few pictures of them together.

Scalextric Night – 6th June 2016

A great night was had by all at the Scaletric Night held at Phoenix Scalextric Circuit in Studley.  After a bit of practice and ordering our supper the entertainment began!  Things (as expected) got a little bit Competitive (!) and after our fabulous Fish and Chip supper the heats continued.   The overall night winner was the well practiced Russell Victory, closely (!!) followed by Ross Clements and Josh Humphriss.
